Help with
Waffle Ball Support
One person answers these. If something isn't working, the fastest path is the contact form — we aim to reply within two business days, Monday through Friday, US Eastern time.
First step
Contact us
Send a note through the App Waffle contact form. Mentioning your iPhone or iPad model and iOS version helps us reproduce issues. If you don't hear back within a week, please follow up — emails do occasionally get caught in filters.
For account, billing, or App Store purchase issues that aren't ours to fix, Apple's support is usually faster: support.apple.com.
Common questions
Troubleshooting
I'm not seeing the Game Center sign-in prompt.
Game Center is managed by iOS, not by the App. Open the iOS Settings app, scroll to Game Center, and sign in with your Apple ID. Once signed in, returning to Waffle Ball will surface the Game Center widget at the top of the screen.
If you'd rather not use Game Center, the game is fully playable without it — leaderboards and achievements simply won't be submitted.
My leaderboard score didn't update.
Scores submit at the end of a match. If you're offline at that moment, iOS holds the submission and forwards it the next time Game Center reconnects — usually within minutes of being online again. Force-quitting the App during a match can drop the in-progress submission.
You can hide your Game Center profile, or remove a leaderboard entry, from the iOS Settings app under Game Center.
The audio is too loud, too quiet, or muted unexpectedly.
Open the in-game Options panel (gear icon on the title screen) and adjust the Music and Sound Effects sliders independently. Both default to medium-low so the App doesn't surprise you on first launch.
If the App is silent, check that your device's Silent switch is off and that Settings → Sounds & Haptics has the ringer volume up. The App respects your system mute setting.
How do I reset my progress?
Open the in-game Options panel and tap Reset Progress. This clears your highest level, longest volley, and other on-device stats. It does not remove entries from Game Center leaderboards — those are managed by Apple and can be cleared from the iOS Settings app under Game Center.
Deleting the App also removes all on-device gameplay data.
The App crashed. How can I help you fix it?
If you have Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements → Share with App Developers turned on, iOS forwards anonymized crash logs to us automatically. These contain no personal information — just stack traces, the device model, and the iOS version.
A short note through the contact form describing what you were doing right before the crash is also a huge help.
Does Waffle Ball have multiplayer or online play?
Not today. Waffle Ball is single-player against an offline AI opponent. The App does not run accounts, ad networks, analytics products, or third-party SDKs — everything is on your device.
What devices does Waffle Ball support?
Waffle Ball runs on iPhone and iPad on currently supported versions of iOS / iPadOS. The App Store listing always shows the exact minimum iOS version for the latest release.
Legal
Privacy and terms
The Waffle Ball Privacy Policy describes what the App processes (very little — everything stays on your device) and what Apple's Game Center handles. The Terms of Use cover your license to play the App.

Response time
We aim for a reply within two business days, Monday through Friday, US Eastern time. App Waffle is a one-person studio, so weekends and holidays do extend that window. If you don't hear back within a week, please follow up.
