Know what to do next

Bring tasks added directly in the app into one clear inbox, then organize work, home, and everyday plans with lists, categories, tags, due dates, search, and filters. Search and add from the bottom of Inbox, right where your thumb already is. When you choose, add tasks already in Reminders to the same view. Those tasks stay in Apple Reminders, while tasks added directly in Todo Assist update through iCloud on signed-in devices.

Keep every plan moving

  • A clear next step

    See open tasks in one place, then group, sort, search, and filter to focus on what comes next. Today and streak chips sit at the top — tap them for the full picture in Profile.

  • Order for every part of life

    Use lists for work, home, errands, or anything else. Add categories and tags when your plans need more structure.

  • Act at the right moment

    Set due alerts for a date or time, or add an arrive/leave alarm for a place. Delivery depends on the access you allow and iOS.

  • Keep next actions close

    Use denser small and medium Home Screen widgets, optionally filtered to the lists and categories you care about. Open a task with a tap or complete it from the medium widget.

  • Bring Reminders into the plan

    Changes to a task From Reminders update the same item in Apple Reminders. Removing a list from Todo Assist preserves its list and tasks in Reminders.

  • Share when it helps

    A Todo Assist list updates through iCloud on signed-in devices. You can optionally share it with people you invite. Sign in with Apple to keep your name and photo with your Profile.
